  • Patent number: 11312762
Abstract: The present invention can be included in the field of diagnostics. The present invention provides hybridomas, antibodies and test devices for the detection of bacteria of the genus Campylobacterin a sample. Further, the present invention discloses the uses of the antibodies and a method for detecting bacteria of the genus Campylobacter. The antibodies of the present invention are specific for DNA-Binding Protein from Starved Cells (Dps) and provide less false positives and a higher sensitivity when used in an immunochromatographic test device than other antibodies used to detect bacteria of the genus Campylobacter.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 2, 2018
Date of Patent: April 26, 2022
    Assignee: CERTEST BIOTEC, S.L.
Inventors: Oscar Landeta Elorz, Yolanda García Miguel, Juan Enrique Martínez Oliván, Beatriz Velasco Michelena

  • Patent number: 9340674
Abstract: The invention refers to the manufacturing of a novel group of sulfur dyes in which are used, as raw material, different kind of natural “biomass”, usually existing in the nature, and transforming them into soluble dyestuffs, capable to dye textile fibers, preferably cellulose fibers and derivatives, as cotton, viscose, paper, tencel, with high strength and fast color properties. For this purpose, the concept “Biomass”, is defined as the residual product obtained from the usual human crop activities, in agricultural and forestry sectors.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 23, 2012
Date of Patent: May 17, 2016
    Assignee: CLARIANT INTERNATIONAL LTD
Inventors: Manuel Jose Domingo, Joan Manel Blanquera, Yolanda Garcia

  • Patent number: 9036554
Abstract: An IMS registration and session initiation is disclosed for a user equipment (UE). The UE has a subscription identifier comprising an IMSI and/or MSISDN. A PDN-GW establishes (s10) an IP-CAN session with a PCRF, for the UE, by transmitting, to the PCRF, the subscription identifier of the UE and an IP address assigned to the UE. The PCRF binds (s20) the subscription identifier to the IP address assigned to the UE for the IP-CAN session. Then, upon the UE initiating the IMS registration, a P-CSCF transfers (s30), to an S-CSCF, an IMPU. The S-CSCF obtains (s40), based on the IMPU, the subscription identifier of the UE from a user database. The S-CSCF transfers (s50) to the P-CSCF the obtained subscription identifier of the UE. The P-CSCF binds (s60) the subscription identifier of the UE to the IMPU. Then, upon the UE initiating an IMS session associated with the IMPU, the P-CSCF establishes (s70) an AF session towards the PCRF with the subscription identifier bound to the IMPU.
