The splitting of the target image into the at least one sub image includes: splitting the target image into at least one grid of equal size; determining a similarity of complexity between adjacent grids in the at least one grid; and grouping the at least one grid into the at least one sub-image based on the similarity of the complexity between the adjacent grids.
