The double-sided solar cell comprises: a silicon wafer having a PN junction, and a front first silicon oxide layer, a front second silicon oxide layer, a front first nitrogen-containing silicon compound layer, a front second nitrogen-containing silicon compound layer, and a front third silicon oxide layer that are located on one side of an N-type layer of the silicon wafer and are sequentially stacked along a direction away from the silicon wafer; and a passivation layer, a back silicon oxide layer, a back first nitrogen-containing silicon compound layer, and a back second nitrogen-containing silicon compound layer that are located on one side of a P-type layer of the silicon wafer and are sequentially stacked along the direction away from the silicon wafer.

Abstract: A centrifugal dehydrator according to an embodiment of the present disclosure for solving the above problems includes: a slurry flow tube through which slurry, in which polymers and water are mixed, flows; a gas flow tube through which a gas flows; a mixture flow tube which is connected from the slurry flow tube and the gas flow tube and through which a mixture of the slurry and the gas flows; a basket into which the mixture is injected from the mixture flow tube and which rotates to apply centrifugal force to the slurry in the mixture; a driving part that allows the basket to rotate; and a porous plate disposed on a peripheral portion of the basket to discharge the water from the slurry to the outside of the basket.

The system receives a first set of data in real-time. The system collects a second set of data in real-time. The system fetches one or more queries from a plurality of users for a mega bot. The system analyses the first set of data, the second set of data and the one or more queries using one or more machine learning algorithms. The system selects a suitable intelligent conversational agent from the one or more intelligent conversational agents having a trust score above a threshold level. The system switches between the one or more intelligent conversational agents in the mega bot interacting with the plurality of users based on a plurality of aspects of corresponding query of the one or more queries and a plurality of factors.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed that relate to the processing of a media container file associated with 3D video data. The media container file may indicate that certain video-based point cloud compression (V-PCC) component tracks may be played together as a playout group. These V-PCG component tracks may represent respective encoded versions of one or more V-PCC components, and a video decoding device may play the tracks together in response to determining that the tracks belong to the same playout track group. The video decoding device may also determine from the media container file that certain PCC component tracks include tile groups that correspond to different objects in a point cloud or different parts of a same object in the point cloud. The video decoding device may decode these tile groups independently from each other so that a subset of the objects or parts of the point cloud may be accessed without also accessing the rest of the objects or parts.

The absorber layer can include a first region and a second region. Each of the first region of the absorber layer and the second region of the absorber layer can include a compound comprising cadmium, selenium, and tellurium. An atomic concentration of selenium can vary across the absorber layer. The first region of the absorber layer can have a thickness between 100 nanometers to 3000 nanometers. The second region of the absorber layer can have a thickness between 100 nanometers to 3000 nanometers. A ratio of an average atomic concentration of selenium in the first region of the absorber layer to an average atomic concentration of selenium in the second region of the absorber layer can be greater than 10.

Abstract: Described apparatuses and methods facilitate bus training with multiple dice, such as multiple memory dice. A controller can communicate with multiple dice over a bus to perform bus training by sending a test pattern and receiving in return a feedback pattern indicative of the bits detected by the dice. Because suitable signal timing can differ between dice, even those using the same bus, the controller may attempt to train each die separately from the others. In some situations, however, individualized training may be infeasible. To accommodate such situations, logic associated with two or more dice can combine the bits as detected from the test pattern into a combined feedback pattern. A timing parameter that is jointly suitable for multiple dice can be determined, and the bus training may be concluded, responsive to the combined feedback pattern matching the test pattern. The multiple dice may be stacked or linked.
