The dielectric layer is disposed on the second surface of the substrate layer. The bonding pad is disposed on the surface of the dielectric layer in the bonding pad region. The isolation structure penetrates through the substrate layer and is disposed at the edge of the bonding pad region and surrounds the substrate layer in the bonding pad region, and the isolation structure is used for isolating the substrate layer in the bonding pad region from the substrate layer at the periphery of the isolation structure.

Abstract: A charging system for improving a power factor and a current quality in a grid stage is provided. The charging system includes a rectifying circuit that is configured to rectify a grid power and a converter that is configured to receive a voltage-current rectified by the rectifying circuit and convert the voltage-current into a charge voltage-current to be provided to a battery. A capacitor is connected across a connection end of the rectifying circuit and the converter. The converter includes a first high frequency switching circuit, a transformer, and a second high frequency switching circuit.

Abstract: A method for preparing a highly concentrated fibrinogen solution includes adding amino acid or amino acid derivatives, and/or salts to a lowly concentrated fibrinogen solution, followed by a ultra-filtration concentration. Factor XIII can be added either before or after the ultra-filtration to give a fibrin sealant component 1 containing the highly concentrated fibrinogen solution. The fibrin sealant component 1 could be preserved for a long time at room temperature and be used without a reconstitution. Fibrin sealant component 2 is a solution containing thrombin and calcium. A fibrin sealant product may be provided in a vial type in which the fibrin sealant components 1 and 2 are each filled in separate vials or in a re-filled syringe type wherein the fibrin sealant components 1 and 2 are each filled in separate syringes connected with each other to be instantly used.

Abstract: Disclosed are a coating composition applied on a tempered glass, the tempered glass preventing shattering when impacts are applied, and a manufacturing method thereof. The coating composition comprises a caprolactone-modified acryl resin, an acryl polyol, a polyurethane resin and the like, such that the tempered glass has improved strength and the ceramic part can be removed from a conventional tempered glass. Further provided is a vehicle product such as a vehicle glass component, such that passengers in the vehicle can be protected from the shattering of the broken tempered glass.

Abstract: A display apparatus having ability of voice control and method of instructing voice control timing, the method includes following steps of: displaying a view of voice control instruction message; receiving a voice and generating initial voice data; receiving another voice and generating control voice data when determining that the initial voice data is matched with trigger voice data; executing a corresponded control command when the generated control voice data is matched with default voice data; and, stopping displaying the view of voice control instruction message. The user experience can thus be enhanced via instructing the user the timing of inputting voice control.

Abstract: Disclosed is a quantum dot display device including a light emitting unit configured to generate a light; and a color conversion unit configured to convert the light generated from the light emitting unit to a color light. The color conversion unit includes a quantum dot portion configured to convert the light to the color light; a bridge portion configured to provide a color conversion path of the light passing the quantum dot portion and to vertically guide the light; and a prism portion configured to guide the light passing the bridge portion to an outside. The above configuration may enhance the light efficiency by providing a sufficient color conversion path of light.

The display control module controls the display panel to display multiple frames of images according to multiple predetermined playing codes. Each playing code corresponds to one frame of image. Each frame of image is displayed as normal image or interference image based on different logic values of the corresponding playing code. The multiple frames of images are divided into multiple consecutive frame groups. The quantity of consecutive frames corresponding to playing codes having an identical logic value in each frame group is not larger than a predetermined value, such that a user wearing glasses matching the display screen can see the normal images displayed on the display panel and cannot see the interference images displayed on the display panel.

Abstract: A process for selectively activating a guardian camera in response to detecting a distracted user includes first identifying an available camera external to a mobile computing device (MCD) having a field of view that incorporates a current location of a user of the MCD. The MCD then detects that a user's attention is substantially focused on a user interface of the MCD, and responsively transmits an instruction to the available camera to transition to a recording state and/or to begin monitoring an area surrounding the user for unexpected movements or objects. In response to the MCD detecting an indication that the available camera has recorded an unexpected movement or object in the area surrounding the user, the MCD takes a responsive action.
