Abstract: A kiosk apparatus capable of mounting or detaching a printer is described. In an embodiment, the printer is fixed by coupling with a stand unit, so the printer can be easily and stably mounted on the kiosk apparatus by simply inserting the printer into the housing. In addition, the embodiment allows the printer to be easily attached and detached from the kiosk apparatus by disconnecting the printer from the stand unit simply by opening operation of the door of the printer without using a separate tool. Therefore, for the maintenance of the printer, the manager can easily mount or detach the printer.

Abstract: Some embodiments provide a method for controlling flow processing by an edge cluster including a first edge machine set operating in a first location set of a public cloud and a second edge machine set operating in a second location set of the public cloud. A controller set configures first and second managed forwarding element (MFE) sets operating in the first and second location sets respectively, with first and second forwarding rule sets to respectively forward first and second flows sets to the first and second edge machine sets for performing services. The first forwarding rule set specifies a first network address set for the first edge machine set, and the second forwarding rule set specifies a second network address set for the second edge machine set. The controller set monitors each edge machine to determine whether it is available to perform the services.

Abstract: Described are methods and systems that determine bokeh ratio of a camera, such as a webcam in an information handling system. A focal point and bokeh point are determined for the camera. An image of a Siemens star chart (star chart) is captured by the camera at the bokeh point. The diameter of the captured image of the star chart and diameter of blur circle in the image of the star chart are measured. The ratio of the diameter of the blur circle to the diameter of the captured image of the star chart is correlated to the bokeh ratio of the camera.

Using composition for predicting efficacy of oxaliplatin drug, it is possible to predict the responsiveness of a colorectal cancer patient to oxaliplatin treatment so that the patient may be treated with selected drugs suitable for the patient, thus increasing the treatment success rate.
