  • Publication number: 20140040649
Abstract: A charging method and an electronic apparatus using thereof are provided. In the method, an initialization procedure is executed firstly for putting a central processor in a non-working state and charging a battery via a charging circuit. Next, after the battery is charged for a first preset time, an interrupting signal is outputted via the charging circuit so as to wake up the central processor and stop charging the battery, so that the central processor is switched from the non-working state to a working state, according to the interrupting signal. The central processor in the working state detects the battery state parameter of the battery. Finally, the initialization procedure mentioned above is re-executed.

  • Patent number: 8482529
Abstract: A computer input system and an input method thereof are disclosed. The computer input system includes a storage unit, a representative number obtaining module and a coding module. The storage unit stores four carry radices, and the four carry radix have one-to-one correspondences to an amount of initial consonants, an amount of head vowels, an amount of vowels and an amount of tones of a phonetic notation symbol, respectively. After the representative number obtaining module obtains four symbol representative numbers according to a Chinese character phonetic notation, the coding module generates a coding number of the Chinese character according to the symbol permutation order, the four carry radices and the four symbol representative numbers.

  • Patent number: 8427392
Abstract: A notebook computer having a display port capable of outputting a vertical synchronous signal, a horizontal synchronous signal, a red signal, a green signal, and a blue signal to an external display device to display an image is disclosed. The notebook computer includes a monitor device built in the notebook computer, an embedded controller capable of outputting an enable signal and a detecting circuit receiving a first signal, a second signal and the enable signal. The first signal is the vertical synchronous signal or the horizontal synchronous signal. The second signal is the red signal, the green signal or the blue signal. When the external display device is disconnected with the display port, the detecting circuit may determine the second signal according to the actuation of the enable signal at a blanking interval of the first signal and switch the image to the monitor device automatically.

  • Patent number: 8307221
Abstract: A mobile communication device includes a control circuit unit, a first interface, a status change detecting circuit, and an embedded controller. The control circuit unit is operated in either a normal working mode or a power-saving mode. The first interface is connected with the data card and the control circuit unit. The status change detecting circuit is connected with the first interface. The embedded controller is connected with the status change detecting circuit and the control circuit unit. If the control circuit unit is operated in the power-saving mode and the data card is switched from a standby status to a working status, the data card generates a status-changing signal to the status change detecting circuit. In response to the status-changing signal, the control circuit unit is controlled to be switched from the power-saving mode to the normal working mode by the embedded controller.
