Abstract: Provided is a system for reviewing an abnormal operating state of an equipment or an apparatus. The system comprises an image obtaining module 11 for obtaining a continuous image related to a predetermined monitoring area of an apparatus or an equipment, or a predetermined monitoring object; an abnormal state detecting module 12 for detecting an abnormal state from the obtained image; an image separating/converting module 13 for separating an image detected by the abnormal state detecting module 12 and converting the detected image into a digital image; a displaying module 14 for displaying a detecting information on the converted image; and an analyzing/storing module 15 for analyzing the separated and displayed image by reviewing and storing the analyzed image.

Abstract: Provided is a method for investigating a cylindrical shape of a battery. The method for investigating a battery with an x-ray image comprises determining a center line of an inspected battery; setting a ROI (Region of Interest) of each partial area formed on base of the center line and obtaining each x-ray image of each partial area; and combining each x-ray image and obtaining a total x-ray image of the battery, wherein the partial areas are formed according to a transferring speed of the battery.

Abstract: Provided is an x-ray detecting type of a component counter and a method for counting components using the same. The component counter includes: an image obtaining module to obtain an image of an object with an x-ray tube and a flat detector; an inputting frame located at the front of the image obtaining module and having a guiding surface; a transferring tray to move between the image obtaining module and the inputting frame along a moving guide installed at the guiding surface; and a foreign object sensor displaced at the inputting frame to detect a foreign object; wherein the detector has a horizontal section to corresponding to an investigating surface of the transferring tray.
