Abstract: A server for transmitting and receiving messages for a Signaling (S) layer in a Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) Media Transport (MMT) is provided. The server includes a first sub-layer of the S layer for producing first messages to provide information used for the use of MPEG a second sub-layer of the S layer for producing second messages to provide information used for delivering MPEG media, and a Delivery (D) layer for making external and internal deliveries of the first and the second messages, wherein each of the first and the second messages includes at least one field corresponding to each of the message type, version, length, extension field and payload.

Abstract: A secondary battery is disclosed. According to the present invention, in a case in which the secondary battery is ignited, a gas and materials within the secondary battery may be smoothly discharged to improve safety when the secondary battery is ignited. In order to achieve the above-described object, according to an aspect of the present invention, a secondary battery includes: an electrode assembly; a battery can accommodating the electrode assembly; and a coating part applied to the battery can, wherein the battery can includes a slim part having a relatively thinner thickness than that of the other region of the battery can, and the coating part is applied to the slim part and made of a metal material having tensile strength less than that of the slim part.

Abstract: There is provided a tap changer in which movable contacts rotate to be selectively connected to a plurality of taps. The tap changer includes a rotatable upper movable contact; a rotatable lower movable contact electrically connected to the upper movable contact; a driving shaft rotating the upper movable contact and the lower movable contact integrally; a single-type fixed contact including a single terminal connected to any one of a plurality of taps; and a dual-type fixed contact including a first terminal and a second terminal connected together to another of the plurality of taps. Since the upper movable contact and the lower movable contact are integrally rotated through the single driving shaft, the number of components and volume of the device may be reduced and an operation of the device may be facilitated.
