The controller is configured to control the user interface displayed on the display unit and control the communicator. The user interface is configured to include a main layer providing an interface for media content selection, a first sublayer providing an interface for media server selection, and a second sublayer providing an interface for media player selection. The first sublayer and the second sublayer are displayed temporarily on at least a portion of the main layer according to the operational instruction.

Abstract: A micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS sensor packaging includes a first wafer having a readout integrated circuit (ROIC) formed thereon., a second wafer disposed corresponding to the first wafer and having a concave portion on one side thereof and a MEMS sensor prepared on the concave portion, joint solders formed along a surrounding of the MEMS sensor and sealing the MEMS sensor jointing the first and second wafers, and pad solders formed to electrically connect the ROIC circuit of the first wafer and the MEMS sensor of the second wafer. According to the present disclosure, in joining and packaging a wafer having the ROIC formed thereon and a wafer having the MEMS sensor formed thereon, the size of a package can be reduced and an electric signal can be stably provided by forming internally pad solders for electrically connecting the ROIC and the MEMS sensor.

The present invention is characterized in that the infrared detector with unified absorption layer includes an infrared detection film, a device protecting layer, a supporting layer for thermally isolated structure, and a dielectric layer, etc. in its absorption structure. Due to this characteristic, highly efficient infrared absorption is possible with much less thermal mass than the absorption layer for the structure of existing metal/dielectric/metal structure and regardless of the distortion of floating structure caused by fabrication fault rather than air cavity ?/4 structure.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an oxide thin film for a bolometer-type uncooled infrared detector having high sensitivity. An amorphous vanadium tungsten oxide (V—W—Ox), i.e. a tungsten-doped vanadium oxide, is provided as an oxide film for a bolometer application. An oxide for bolometer having characteristics of low resistance of 5 to 200 k ? and variable TCR between ?1.5 and ?4.1%/° C. can be obtained by an oxidation of vanadium-tungsten metal film at a low temperature around 300° C., with changing a tungsten content and oxidation time. And a reproducible thin film can be fabricated by low price equipment for thin film deposition, without expensive ion beam or laser apparatus. Accordingly, an oxide for bolometer having characteristics of resistance lower than 100 k? and TCR higher than ?3%/° C. can be obtained with reproducibility, whereby an uncooled-type infrared detector having high sensitivity can be fabricated.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method of determining an optimal writing power for an aged writable disk after checking whether a writable disk is aged or not, are discussed. The apparatus and method according to an embodiment read signals written on a writable disk, judge whether or not the writable disk is aged based on a signal characteristic, e.g., a level difference between the read signals before and after an equalization and jitter of the read signals, and conduct an OPC for the writable disk to obtain a precise optimal writing power if the disk is judged to be aged. The precise optimal writing power can prevent deterioration of reproduction characteristic of recorded data even though an aged writable disk is used.
