Abstract: Proposed are a method and apparatus for adjusting an adaptive patch packing block size of a multi-view video. The method may include receiving an initial patch packing block size as an input, and calculating a width and height of an atlas frame according to the patch packing block size. The method may also include performing patch packing according to the patch packing block size and a size of the atlas frame, and calculating a ratio of the number of valid pixels in patches that are not packed and discarded as a result of the patch packing. The method may further include adjusting adaptively the patch packing block size according to the calculated ratio of the number of valid pixels in the discarded patches, and re-performing the patch packing according to the adjusted patch packing block size.

Abstract: A multi-shooting game machine is disclosed. According to the invention, the multi-shooting game machine is configured to include: a central monitor; a control unit that controls characters having different shapes from each other such that the characters are displayed on the central monitor at set times; and three or more game controllers, each of which has a shooting muzzle, a small monitor, and a shoot button for each player at a side of the central monitor. The small monitor displays a target setting screen on which one or more characters that appear on the central monitor can be set as targets. When a character is set as a target, a line is connected between the shooting muzzle and the corresponding character, and only the character connected by the line is hit by the shoot button. According to this configuration, the multi-shooting game machine has an effect of enjoying a fishing game in various ways.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for providing virtual reality-based eye movement exercise and visual perception training, wherein a dichoptic presentation is provided in consideration of the deviation of a user's eyeball so as to prevent additional damage to stereoscopic vision due to suppression, and is provided by adjusting the degree of difficulty by changing the locations of visual stimuli on the basis of the level of deviation and training capability of the user, thus making it possible for the user to not only receive training suitable for the user's condition, but also simultaneously undergo visual perception training including eye exercise (movement) training and stereoscopic perception recognition.

According to an embodiment, the multi-view video coding artifact reduction method selects reference fames in neighbors of a current frame constituting a multi-view video, derives unidirectional flows and bilateral flows between the current frame and the reference frames, warps the reference frames based on the derived flows, generates intermediate frames by fusing the current frame, the reference frames, and the warped reference frames, and generates a final frame by fusing the current frame and the intermediate frames. Accordingly, image quality of the multi-view video can be more enhanced.
