  • Publication number: 20110195196
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a transparent oxide electrode using an electron beam post-treatment. The method for manufacturing a transparent oxide electrode comprises the steps of: (a) forming a thin film for the transparent anode on a substrate; and (b) irradiating an electron beam to the surface of the thin film for the transparent oxide electrode. The method of the present invention is characterized in that no additional heat treatment process is performed after step (a). The method for manufacturing a transparent oxide electrode according to the present invention does not perform a high-temperature heat treatment process but rather performs a low-temperature electron beam irradiation process as a post-treatment, thus obtaining a transparent oxide electrode having excellent characteristics in case where the substrate is made of glass, Pyrex, quartz or even a polymer material which has a low resistance against heat.

  • Publication number: 20110170592
Abstract: An efficient image encoding method for H.264 SVC is provided. When a base layer macroblock mode MODEBL is intra, the image encoding method calculates a I16×16 mode value for a Pred_Mode of I16×16 of the MODEBL, calculates a mode value of the base layer, compares the I16×16 mode value with the mode value of the base layer, and thus selects the best mode. Also, the method calculates a mode value for a skip mode of the base layer, compares the skip mode value with a pre-determined quantization parameter threshold, and thus selects the best mode. Hence, the image coding efficiency can be enhanced by improving complexity in the mode decision in the H.264 SVC encoding process.

  • Patent number: 7737245
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing a phenolic polymer using a phenothiazine-based mediator, in particular, to a process for preparing a phenolic polymer via polymerization of phenolic monomers by using a phenothiazine-based mediator in the presence of peroxidase biocatalyst and an oxidant, thereby drastically improving the enzyme reactivity of peroxidase. The phenolic polymers prepared according to the polymerization of this invention maintain unsaturated hydrocarbon groups linked to their side chains, so that they are very useful as a curing resin because they can easily form coatings through radical curing. In addition, the coating formed using the curing resin has an antioxidation effect and a low surface energy, so that they can prevent physical attachment of marine livings. Because the antifouling-causing functional groups are not consumed, the coatings continuously exhibit durability.
