    Abstract: A method for preventing or treating a bone disease, includes administering to a patient having the bone disease a pharmaceutical composition comprising glyceollin as an active ingredient. The active ingredient, glyceollin promotes degradation of the Runx2 protein in osteoblasts and inhibits the mRNA expression of Rankl in osteoblasts to prevent the differentiation of osteoclasts. Furthermore, glyceollin is capable of ameliorating osteoporosis in animal models for osteoporosis. The composition promises drug or food for prevention or treatment of not only osteoporosis but also bone diseases caused by cancer metastatic to the bone.

    Abstract: Provided is a 3D eyeglass of a shutter type. In the 3D eyeglass, a case in which infrared ray shielding surface is formed is provided on a front surface of a 3D eyeglass sensor, and a telephoto lens for telescoping and collecting light is provided on an inner-front surface of the case wherein a diameter of the telephoto lens is 1.5 times great as or greater than a diameter of the sensor to increase a collecting capability of infrared ray to 1.5 times as a prior art, and a focal point distance of the telephoto lens is 2-40 mm and is movable for the sensor to be focused on a screen at remote distance. Accordingly, infrared ray interference from an external light can be avoided and 3D signal on a specific picture can be amplified and sensed, and thereby viewing a clear 3D images.

A PET circuit unit is installed outside the MRI bore to prevent the PET circuit unit from being influenced by a magnetic field in the MRI bore, and is configured to include a signal amplification circuit and a signal processing circuit. A cable is configured to connect the PET detector to the PET circuit unit.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for determining a genotoxicity of a test substance, comprising the steps of: (a) transforming a fish with a nucleotide sequence encoding a non-fluorescent fluorescence protein with a mutation; (b) treating a test substance to the transformed fish; and (c) measuring a fluorescence in the test substance-treated fish, wherein the fluorescence is generated by reversion of the non-fluorescent fluorescence protein to the fluorescence protein due to a back mutation of the nucleotide sequence in the test substance-treated fish. According to the present invention, MutaFish system, Zebrafish (Brachydanio rerio) line, in which the fluorescence protein variant, preferably wild type EGFP variant (EGFPmut) is transformed, provides a much excellent animal system for measuring a genotoxicity of a test substance via production of a fluorescent fry larvae generated through reversion of the fluorescent protein variant caused by treatment of the test substance.
