The wiring set is arranged on the bobbin, and snapping holes are disposed on a bottom side of the bobbin. The inner side wall is attached to the outer peripheral surface, and the snapping holes are engaged with the hooks. Therefore, the stator component may be firmly integrated into the shell seat through simple positioning structures.

The second threads are scheduled by the first thread, and different second threads may manage different QUIC connections, so that QUIC connections are managed through different threads. Therefore, a server can fully utilize a concurrent processing capability of a plurality of cores, which improves the efficiency of managing QUIC connections and the data transmission performance.
