Abstract: A semiconductor device may include a substrate, an active pattern extended in a first horizontal direction on the substrate, a plurality of nanosheets stacked and spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction on the active pattern, a gate electrode extended in a second horizontal direction different from the first horizontal direction on the active pattern, the gate electrode surrounding the plurality of nanosheets, a source/drain region on both sides of the plurality of nanosheets in the first horizontal direction on the active pattern, a gate insulating layer between the plurality of nanosheets and the gate electrode, and a doping layer between the plurality of nanosheets and the gate insulating layer, the doping layer including silicon (Si) or silicon germanium (SiGe) and doped with a doping material, at least a portion of the doping layer overlapping an uppermost nanosheet of the plurality of nanosheets in the first horizontal direction.

Abstract: A method of communicating with satellites in a low-earth orbit (LEO) constellation includes determining, by a controller of a mobile communicator mounted on a mobile platform, one or more conditions corresponding to a plurality of spatial channels associated with multiple satellites in the LEO constellation, and allocating, by the controller and based on the one or more conditions, a plurality of antenna resources of a phased array antenna to each of two or more satellites included in the multiple satellites in the LEO constellation. Each of the plurality of antenna resources includes a respective antenna element and a respective phase controller. The method also includes commanding, by the controller, one or more transceivers to establish simultaneous communicative connections to the two or more satellites via the allocated plurality of antenna resources.

Abstract: A method for purifying of waste water includes: supplying a mixed stream, in which wastewater including water, a nitrile-based monomer, and ammonia and an acid component are mixed, to a first column; condensing an upper discharge stream of the first column, supplying the condensed stream to a decanter to separate the stream into a water layer and an organic layer, and supplying components of the organic layer to a second column; and separating a by-product from a lower discharge stream of the second column, and recovering the nitrile-based monomer from an upper discharge stream of the second column.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a derivative compound in which a biphenyl group is introduced into an aminoalkanoic acid, a stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound of the present invention exhibits excellent antifungal and fungicidal effects. Furthermore, the compound of the present invention exhibits a synergistic effect when used in combination with a conventional antifungal agent. Furthermore, the compound of the present invention provides broad-spectrum antifungal activity against a wide range of fungal pathogens. Therefore, the compound of the present invention may be widely used in fields requiring treatment with antifungal or fungicidal agents against human pathogenic fungi and animal pathogenic fungi, and phytopathogenic fungi.
