    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) and a network entity may support conditional cross-carrier hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) retransmissions. The UE may transmit a capability message to the network entity to indicate a capability of the UE to support the cross-carrier HARQ retransmissions. The UE or the network entity may transmit a message on a first component carrier. The UE or the network entity may retransmit the message on a second component carrier based on an availability of resources for retransmitting the message, based on the capability of the UE, and based on one or more conditions associated with communications by the UE satisfying a threshold condition for cross-carrier HARQ retransmissions. For uplink communications, the UE may perform the transmitting and conditional retransmitting. For downlink communications, the network entity may perform the transmitting and conditional retransmitting.

The dispersible oil suspension agent containing benzylazole includes the following components in part by weight: 22-44 parts of ammonium glyphosate, 0.5-1.5 parts of benzylazole, 3-8 parts of wetting dispersing agent, 10-15 parts of emulsifying agent, 1-2 parts of structure regulating agent, and a solvent supplemented to 100 parts. According to the present application, the dispersible oil suspension solves the problem of decomposition of benzylazole in the prior art. Moreover, the dispersible oil suspension is free of livering problem and has better high/low temperature resistance, better dilution stability, persistent foamability and suspension percentage.

The method of catalytic synthesis of adiponitrile comprises primary hydrocyanation, isomerization, and secondary hydrocyanation reactions, wherein the catalyst adopted each comprises a phosphite ligand-nickel complex composed of a nickel precursor and a multidentate phosphite ligand. The ligand molecule has a higher electron cloud density, and the phosphorus content capable of participating in coordination in the ligand molecule per unit mass is higher, so that the catalytic activity of the catalyst is improved, and the amount of the catalyst is reduced.
