    Abstract: Provided in embodiments of the present disclosure are a Channel State Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS) transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: configuration information is transmitted to a terminal, the configuration information including the number of Resource Blocks (RB) in an A-type RB group, and the A-type RB group comprises consecutive RBs for carrying all ports of CSI-RS; and the CSI-RS is transmitted to the terminal according to the configuration information. The present disclosure can solve the problem in the related art that system complexity is increased due to the unfixed number of antenna ports for the CSI-RS, and reduce the system complexity by transmitting the CSI-RS by means of the configuration information that includes the number of RBs included in the A-type RB group, and the A-type RB group comprises the consecutive RBs for carrying all the ports of the CSI-RS.

    Abstract: An adjustable platform for installing a wind turbine generator comprises an adjustable platform shell, the adjustable platform shell is installed on a hull, pile legs are connected vertically in the adjustable platform shell in a sliding way, a plurality of adjusting jacks are arranged on the pile legs, an electric plug-in component is arranged in the adjustable platform shell and used for fitting with the adjusting jacks. The fitting of electric plug-in component with the adjusting jacks of the pile legs replaces the bolted connection between the installation platform and the pile legs, and the electric power is used to replace the manual operation, solving the technical problems in the prior art that bolted connection is required between the installation platform and the pile legs, bolts are required to be removed manually before the pile legs sink, and the labor cost is greatly consumed.

The method of the present disclosure includes: heating and dissolving sodium stearyl fumarate to be treated in an ethanol solution and filtering to remove impurities, then adding crystal seeds for recrystallization. The crystallized sodium stearyl fumarate with flaky structure has narrow particle size distribution, average particle size of 5-15 ?m, intact flaky structure, good uniformity and purity up to 99.6% or more, and it is not easy-caking and can keep the powder state for a long time.

In the present disclosure, first, a plurality of zoomed-in leaf images are directly acquired by the zoom microscope image capture system quickly and accurately; the zoomed-in leaf images are then screened and combined to form a combined grayscale image; finally, three-dimensional roughness of a plant leaf surface is determined quickly and accurately according to the combined grayscale image.
