Abstract: Disclosed herein is a washing machine having a plurality of washing spaces. A washing machine includes a first housing having a first laundry loading port formed at a front portion, a first tub disposed in the first housing, a second housing having a second laundry loading port formed at a top portion of the second housing, the second housing being disposed on the first housing, a second tub disposed in the second housing, a water supply device connectable to an external water source to supply water to the first tub and the second tub, the water supply device being installable to the second housing. The water supply device includes a water supply connector having a plurality of chambers formed therein, a first water supply hose connecting the water supply connector with the first tub and a second water supply hose connecting the water supply connector with the second tub.

Abstract: A clothing dryer having an improved structure of a drainage unit thereof, including: a body; a drum; a base that is disposed at a lower portion of the drum; a first water tub that is mounted on the base to collect condensate water generated when a drying operation is performed; and a plurality of drainage pipes that are combined with one side of the first water tub and cause the condensate water to move, wherein, in order to change a position at which the plurality of drainage pipes and the first water tub are combined with each other, the first water tub is combined with edges of the base so that at least a part of the first water tub is able to be exposed to an outside.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a washing machine may be provided to be able to automatically add a liquid detergent into a tub. The washing machine in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a detergent box for containing a detergent or rinse; a detergent supply pump for pumping the detergent or rinse contained in the detergent box; a connection pipe connected to the detergent supply pump and a tub; and an open/close unit for opening or closing the connection pipe, wherein the open/close unit is configured to open the connection pipe only when the detergent or rinse is pumped by the detergent supply pump.
