  • Publication number: 20180347364
Abstract: The present invention relates to a small-scale combined heat and power generator using a steam injector with a small-scale heat source and, more particularly, to a small-scale combined heat and power generator in which, since reaction energy of a steam injection force from nozzles (106) of a rotatable disk-shaped steam injector, which has a plurality of nozzles configured to inject steam mounted thereon, is applied to the disk-shaped steam injector and then action energy of the injected steam which returns to a steam injection plate (107) adjacent thereto by performing a U-turn after colliding with a steam reflection inducing groove (108) installed to reflect the injected steam is also applied to the disk-shaped steam injector, a rotational force of the steam injector configured to generate power is doubled without a turbine.

  • Publication number: 20110139005
Abstract: The present invention relates to an air purifier employing a water jet-type fan system having a simple structure, in which water is pumped by a water pump and sprayed and scattered by the water jet-type fan system in which a plurality of spray nozzles are mounted on a fan having a flow channel, in order to purify contaminants. The fan system rotates by the principle of action and reaction using the spraying force of water. The air purifier of the present invention performs an air purification process and an air circulation function at the same time by spraying and scattering water so as to use the adsorption power of water, instead of using a motor fan for circulating air. The present invention also relates to a purification method of the air purifier.

  • Publication number: 20070056686
Abstract: An in-line system for fabricating a liquid crystal display includes a sealer coating unit for coating a sealer onto a first substrate with a plurality of liquid crystal display cell regions a liquid crystal injection unit for dropping a liquid crystal onto the first substrate coated with the sealer, and an assembly unit for assembling the first substrate with the second substrate, A sealer hardening unit hardens the sealer interposed between the first and the second substrate to thereby assemble the first and the second substrate with each other. A substrate cutting unit cuts the first and the second substrates along cutting lines through illuminating a laser beam along the cutting lines such that the first and the second substrates are severed into the liquid crystal display cell regions.

  • Publication number: 20040239868
Abstract: A method of fabricating a display device includes the steps of providing spacers on one of two display panels, forming a sealant on one of the two panels, delivering the two panels into a panel assembling chamber, evacuating the chamber, sealing the room surrounded by the two panels and the sealant by closely contacting the two panels under vacuum atmosphere, and attaching the two panels by feeding air into the chamber to pressurize the panels by the pressure of the air.

  • Publication number: 20040080704
Abstract: The alignment films formed at the two display panels are alignment-treated, and spacers are formed on one of the two panels. A first sealant with a liquid crystal injection hole is formed on the one of the two panels, and a second sealant is formed around the first sealant in the shape of a closed curve. Thereafter, the two panels are delivered into a panels assembling chamber, and aligned to each other. The chamber is evacuated to be in a vacuum state, and the room surrounded by the two panels and the second sealant is sealed through closely adhering the two panels to each other under the vacuum atmosphere. Air is fed into the chamber while breaking the vacuum state of the chamber except for the room surrounded by the two panels and the sealant, thereby attaching the two panels to each other. The first and the second sealants are hardened to thereby complete a liquid crystal panel assembly.

  • Patent number: 6713720
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for cutting a non-metallic substrate. A designated cutting line formed on the non-metallic substrate is cut using a thermal stress generated by rapidly heating and cooling the designated cutting line. Further, a shape and an arrangement, etc., of an energy source is optimized, thereby maximizing a cutting speed of the non-metallic substrate and also precisely cutting the non-metallic substrate.
