Abstract: A mobile communication device includes a receiver, a detector, an analyzer, and a deleting module. The receiver is used for receiving short message service messages, and storing the short message service messages in a message record. The detector is used for detecting an occupying space of the short message service messages, and generating a signal if the occupying space is greater than a predetermined volume. The analyzer is used for storing a plurality of message deletion rates of short message service messages and a deletion time, and generating a delete command according to the signal and the message deletion rates or to the signal and the deletion time. The deleting module is used for receiving the delete command, and deleting pending short message service messages according to the delete command. A method for automatically deleting short message service messages from the mobile communication device is also provided.

The computer loads predetermined control codes stored in the broadcast playback apparatus, performs the predetermined control codes to display a control menu. The broadcast playback apparatus plays a broadcasted program when receiving a play command generated by the computer according to a play input on the control menu. The broadcast playback apparatus stores the broadcasted program thereby generating a broadcast file when receiving a store command generated by the computer if a store input on the control menu. The broadcast playback apparatus replays a selected broadcast file when receiving a replay command generated by the computer according to a selection input of the selected broadcast file on the control menu. Moreover, a related broadcast playback method is further provided.

Abstract: A mobile communication device is provided herein. The mobile communication device includes a touch unit for generating a trigger signal when detecting a touch, a controller for generating an audible alarm in response to the trigger signal, and a transceiver for communicating wirelessly with an anti-theft device. The audible alarm, transmitted to the anti-theft device via the transceiver, is for enabling the anti-theft device to output a first alarm. An anti-theft system and method are also provided.

Abstract: A portable electronic device includes an enclosure, at least one pressure monitor, a battery, a working component, and a power management module. The at least one pressure monitor is used for detecting a pressure value from the surroundings and generating a detecting signal when the detected pressure value is larger than or equal to a predetermined pressure value. The battery supplies electrical power to the working component. The power management module manages the battery to supply electrical power to the working component and cuts off electrical power from the battery to the working component when receiving the detecting signal.

Abstract: A multi-channel switch for connecting between an electronic apparatus and a testing apparatus comprising: a multi-channel interface for connecting with the electronic apparatus, comprising a plurality of channels; a single-channel interface for connecting with the testing apparatus, comprising one channel; an audio sensor for receiving a sound input, and generating audio signals accordingly; and a controller for receiving the audio signals and establishing a through connection between one of the multi-channel interface and the single channel interface according to the audio signals.
