    Abstract: A lithium battery includes a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, a separator located between the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate, and an electrolyte solution. The negative electrode material layer of the negative electrode plate includes a lithium-silicon composite negative electrode active material. The negative electrode material layer has a protective layer on the surface or the lithium-silicon composite negative electrode active material has a protective layer on the surface. The protective layer includes a polymer matrix and a lithium salt. When the lithium battery is fully charged, the lithium-silicon composite negative electrode active material includes elemental lithium and a lithium-silicon alloy Li4.4Si, and the elemental lithium accounts for 15%-95% by mole of the lithium-silicon composite negative electrode active material.

The method includes the following steps: analyzing monitoring data generated at a tunnel site; simulating collapse occurring at a shallow buried section of a tunnel; determining the degree of influence of each factor on the tunnel and a stratum; and determining quantitative influence of each factor on tunnel deformation. The present disclosure can not only provide an accurate theoretical basis for the construction of the shallow buried section of the small-distance tunnel, but also guarantee safety and cost saving during tunnel construction.

A rotational axial flow degasser implements the horizontal type microbubble uniform mixed multiple strands rotational axial flow degassing operation to remove most microbubbles to form axial flow gas and axial flow liquid.

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide systems and methods for training a sequential recommendation model. Methods include determining a difficulty and quality (DQ) score associated with user behavior sequences from a training dataset. User behavior sequences are sampled during training based on their DQ scores. A meta-extrapolator may also be trained based on user behavior sequences sampled according to DQ score. The meta-extrapolator may be trained with high quality low difficulty sequences. The meta-extrapolator may then be used with an input of high quality high difficulty sequences to generate synthetic user behavior sequences. The synthetic user behavior sequences may be used to augment the training dataset to fine-tune the sequential recommendation model, while continuing to sample user behavior sequences based on DQ score. As the DQ score is based on current model predictions, DQ scores iteratively update during the training process.

In particular, apparatus, methods and systems are provided for imaging and analyzing self-illuminated harp in order to correct for lens distortion. In various implementations, an array of media is strung plumb which resembles a harp. The media can be light fibers or other suitable material which can be strung in a straight line. The cores of translucent fibers are illuminated. These are configured to scatter light throughout their bulk which escapes the core by egressing along the length of fiber. This light produces plumb lines which can be imaged, analyzed and model. In some implementations, imaging is performed by rotation to include a full FOV.
