    Abstract: A network search method includes receiving, by a terminal device, a user operation, where the user operation requests communication with a network device by using a 5th Generation (5G) access technology; and when a cell with which the terminal device currently registers is a non-allowed area, searching for a second cell, where the second cell is an allowed area, so that the terminal device communicates with the network device in the second cell by using the 5G access technology. Therefore, when actively initiating a service, the terminal device in the non-allowed area may actively search for a cell that is an allowed area, to communicate with the network device by using the 5G access technology.

    Abstract: A method making a fin device structure includes: forming a plurality of fin structures arranged spaced out from each other in a longitudinal direction and covered with a thin oxide layer; forming a plurality of gate structures in a transverse direction; depositing sidewalls covering the thin oxide layer of the gate structures and the fin structures; removing the sidewalls on the gate structures and the sidewalls of the fin structures; removing the thin oxide layer on the sidewalls of the trenches to expand the volume of each trench; forming an epitaxial layer structure at the trenches; the method further includes removing the oxides on the sidewalls to increase the volume of the subsequently grown epitaxial layer, such that it is conducive to increasing the stress and reducing the source and drain resistance, thus improving the performance of the device.

The sequence of coefficients of the certain vector is a sequence formed by the value of the certain vector's coefficients on the different unit of the frequency domain. (2) The resulting sequence can be transformed to obtain another sequence on another domain. (3) Send back at least some of the data in the another sequence to a network node.

A patterning process on the second sidewalls forms a type-one second sidewalls and a type-two second sidewalls, the type-one second sidewalls are arranged next to each other and sandwiched between a pair of type-two second sidewalls on one side and another pair of type-two second sidewalls on another side, followed by an etching to remove the pairs of the type-two second sidewalls from both sides of the type-one second sidewall. The type-two second sidewalls adjacent to the two sides of the type-one second sidewalls are not pattern-transferred to a to-be-patterned layer, after the fin patterns on the to-be-patterned layer are formed, patterns corresponding to the type-two second sidewalls are etched away through a rough removal process.

    Abstract: In an example embodiment, a machine learned model is utilized for identifying duplicate crash dumps. After a developer submits code, corresponding test cases are used to ensure the quality of the software delivery. Test failures can occur during this period, such as crashes, errors, and timeouts. Since it takes time for developers to resolve them, many duplicate failures can occur during this time period. In some embodiments, trash triggering is the most time-consuming task of development, and thus if duplicate crash failures can be automatically identified, the degree of automation will be significantly enhanced. To locate such duplicates, a training-based machine learned model uses component information of an in-memory database system to achieve better crash similarity comparison.
