    Abstract: Four linker molecules were designed to attach peptides to various aqueous-compatible polymer solid phases for Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) in aqueous solutions. Linker molecule A is utilized to attach peptides to an anionic exchange resin in an aqueous solution, and linker molecule B is employed for binding peptides to a cationic exchange resin in an aqueous solution. Both anionic and cationic exchange resins are reusable once the peptide synthesis process is completed. Linker molecule C is utilized to connect the peptide to an amino resin, whereas linker molecule D is employed to bind the peptide to a carboxyl resin. Additionally, linker molecule C can serve as a precursor to linker molecule A, and linker molecule D can function as a precursor to linker molecule B. In all four linker molecules, the amino acid (AA) is linked to solid phases through a benzylic ester bond, which can be cleaved under acidic conditions to release the peptide chain at the end of synthesis.

    Abstract: CD45 is used as a biomarker in screening the effectiveness of a CD26 antibody or derivative thereof in treating tumors in a test subject. Specifically, when CD45 is not expressed or has low expression, determining that the treatment of the test subject who has received a CD26 antibody or a derivative thereof is effective or has a high probability of being effective; and when CD45 expression is high or relatively high, determining that the treatment of the test subject who has received a CD26 antibody or a derivative thereof is ineffective or has a high probability of being ineffective. It has been found that CD26 acts as a new mechanism for treatment effectiveness and precision of novel tumor immunotherapy targets.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for realizing the controlled release and sustained release of the activity of bioactive molecules and use for drugs. Provided is a PEG modifier of a specific structure. The PEG modifier can be widely applied to the controlled release and sustained release of the activity of various bioactive molecules. A conjugate is formed by reacting the PEG modifier of the specific type and structure with IL-2. In a certain in vitro condition or in vivo physiological condition, PEG gradually falls off from the conjugate and the activity of IL-2 is gradually released, so that a certain effective plasma concentration where bioactive molecules are relatively stable can be maintained, and thus the in vivo or in vitro sustained release and controlled release of the activity of the drug are realized.

After the selenium-chelating pea oligopeptide is subjected to digestion treatment in at least one of following three ways, a change rate of selenium content not more than 3% with respect to the selenium content before the digestion treatment: hydrolyzing for 4 hours by a pepsin at a pH value of 2 and a temperature of 37° C.; hydrolyzing for 6 hours by a trypsin at a pH value of 7.5 and a temperature of 37° C.; maintaining the temperature constant at 37° C., firstly hydrolyzing for 4 hours by the pepsin at a pH value of 2, and then continuing to hydrolyze for 6 hours by a trypsin at a pH value of 6.8. The preparation method thereof includes mixing and reacting an aqueous solution of pea oligopeptide and sodium selenite, and then being subjected to alcohol precipitation and drying.
