  • Publication number: 20240130171
Abstract: A display may include flexible substrate, a blocking layer on the flexible substrate, a pixel on the flexible substrate and the blocking layer, and a scan line, a data line, a driving voltage line, and an initialization voltage line connected to the pixel. The pixel may include an organic light emitting diode, a switching transistor connected to the scan line, and a driving transistor to apply a current to the organic light emitting diode. The blocking layer is in an area that overlaps the switching transistor on a plane, and between the switching transistor and the flexible substrate, and receives a voltage through a contact hole that exposes the blocking layer.

  • Publication number: 20240068000
Abstract: The present invention relates to an E. coli hisG-derived ATP-phosphoribosyltransferase variant having a reduced feedback inhibition by histidine and a strain expressing the same. The variant may maintain its activity even at a high histidine concentration, thus increasing histidine production.

  • Patent number: 7604955
Abstract: The present invention concerns the prophylaxis or therapy of immunoglobulin E-mediated disease conditions. The present invention discloses methods for identifying peptides that induce a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte response against immunoglobulin E. The present invention further discloses compositions that are able to elicit in a mammal a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte response to naturally processed and presented immunoglobulin E peptides, and methods for their use.

  • Publication number: 20010044108
Abstract: The present invention comprises method of detecting biomolecules in situ in gel separation medium following electrophoresis that provides sensitivity similar to blotting. This method is applicable to in situ detection of a wide range of biomolecules including proteins and nucleic acids. After electrophoretic separation of a sample in gel separation media comprising a gellable polymeric material other than cross-linked polyacrylamide, the gel is contacted with a solution comprising at least one detectably labeled reagent directed to a biomolecule under conditions suitable for binding of the reagent to the biomolecule. Alternatively, the gel is contacted with a solution comprising at least one non-detectably labeled reagent directed to a biomolecule and a solution comprising at least on detectably labeled reagent directed to a biomolecule. In either case, binding of the detectably labeled reagent is assessed and indicates detection of biomolecules in the gel.
