The array substrate includes: a substrate; thin film transistors formed on the substrate, each of the thin film transistors comprising a gate electrode, a gate insulation layer, an active layer; and a source electrode and a drain electrode; a protective layer formed on the thin film transistors, having through-holes formed therein; and lead-out electrodes; and at least one support is provided below the through-holes, each of the through-holes being configured to form an electrical connection between the drain electrode in each of the thin film transistors and a corresponding one of the lead-out electrodes, an orthogonal projection of each of the through-holes on the substrate falling within an orthogonal projection of the at least one support on the substrate.

Abstract: A light guide plate includes a first light emitting surface and a second light emitting surface. The first light emitting surface and the second light emitting surface are connected by an inclined surface. The first light emitting surface is connected to the light incident surface of the light guide plate and is higher than the second light emitting surface, and the inclined surface is provided with a protruding structure. According to the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure, part of the light projected onto the inclined surface is reflected back to the light guide plate by the protruding structure and reflected back and forth between the bottom surface of the light guide plate and the inclined surface to be sufficiently mixed and homogenized. A part of the homogenized light emits from the second light emitting surface to compensate for a longitudinal brightness difference.

The protective circuit includes: a control sub-circuit, having a first end electrically connected to a voltage input terminal and a second end configured to output a common voltage signal supplied by the voltage input terminal; and a discharge sub-circuit, having a first end electrically connected to the second end of the control sub-circuit and a second end electrically connected to at least one data line. The discharge sub-circuit releases electric charges on the at least one data line under the control of the common voltage signal supplied from the control sub-circuit.

The demultiplexer circuit according to exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure can reduce the signal input lines and the input ports, further facilitate to reduce the layout space of wiring.

Abstract: A device and method for recording and reproducing holographic information, and a display apparatus are disclosed. The device for recording holographic information comprises an electro-optical regulating element, which is arranged in a light path between an object to be reproduced and a recording medium, receives an object beam scattered by the object to be reproduced, and regulates an outgoing direction and a focal distance of the object beam to irradiate the recording medium. The recording medium is configured to receive the reference beam from the light source and the object beam regulated by the electro-optical regulating element. The reference beam and the object beam form information relevant with the object to be reproduced in the recording medium. By regulating the outgoing direction and focal distance of beam with the electro-optical regulating element, it is unnecessary to rotate the recording medium for recording and reproducing the holographic information.
