By controlling the degree and/or rate of hydration heat release from cement slurry, the method improves the hydration heat release during formation of cement with curing of cement slurry, improves the binding quality between the cement and the interfaces, and in turn improves the cementing quality at the open hole section and/or the overlap section. The cementing method improves cementing quality of oil and gas wells and reduces the risk of annular pressure.

The switching circuit is configured to alternately couple the output to the input and a ground during the enabling signal portions of the control signal, and to isolate the output from the input and the ground during the disabling signal portions of the control signal.     Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of analysis and detection and provides a method for detecting a selenoamino acid in a selenoprotein. The detection method includes: (1): mixing 10-30 mg of a selenoprotein sample with hydrochloric acid, and hydrolyzing with microwaves at 140-170° C. for 10-40 min to obtain a hydrolysate; (2): adjusting pH of the hydrolysate to 6-8 to obtain a pretreated solution; and, (3): detecting a selenoamino acid in the pretreated solution with high performance liquid chromatography-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HPLC-HG-AFS) to obtain a content of the selenoamino acid. The method is simple in operation and provides an accurate and reliable result, and also reduces time and cost.

The pre-constructed intermediate data structure, such as a virtual table, is pre-constructed based on a dynamic type representation associated with a prototype of the COM object and cached for re-use by the marshaling component. Other embodiments provide finalizer support for memory management of COM objects having script and native world representations including an implementation of a two-phase commit protocol that enables efficient and conservative recycling of objects and associated memory.
