    Abstract: A cylindrical battery includes a battery housing accommodating an electrode assembly having a first electrode, a second electrode, and a separator spirally wound about a central axis in a core of the electrode assembly such that the first and second electrodes each have an inner end and an outer end. A stress vulnerable sector is defined by an arc of an outer circumference of the electrode assembly between a first radius and a second radius extending from the central axis through the inner end of the first electrode and the second electrode, respectively. A stress amplification sector is defined by an arc of the outer circumference between a third radius and a fourth radius extending from the central axis through the outer end of the first electrode and the second electrode, respectively. At least the outer end of the first electrode is not positioned within the stress vulnerable sector.

In some aspects, the UE may generate a communication for a first subscription in a first time window associated with a first priority for a time domain division pattern with a second subscription. The UE may transmit, using the first subscription, the communication in a second time window associated with a second priority for the time domain division pattern. For example, the second time window associated with the second priority may be a time window in which traffic for the first subscription is prioritized. In some aspects, the UE may select modified periodic intervals for transmissions of a communication to mitigate collisions associated with the time domain division pattern. For example, a transmission time of the periodic communication may be varied (or randomized) over time.

The preparation method for a powder product includes the following steps: mixing 30% to 50% by mass of an oil-phase component and 50% to 70% by mass of a water-phase component to form a powder mixture liquid, feeding the powder mixture liquid into a mold, and baking the powder mixture liquid until its moisture content is ?20%, to obtain a powder base product; cooling the powder base product to a predetermined temperature to obtain a solidified powder base product; releasing the solidified powder base product from the mold, and vacuum freeze-drying under a vacuum negative pressure condition. The powder product obtained by the freeze-drying is less prone to cakey makeup or powder floating, has a lighter and thinner skin feeling, and is fitter to skin.

    Abstract: A repair device for burnout of a stator iron core in a giant hydraulic turbine generator, and a repair method thereof are provided. The repair device includes toothed plates, ventilation slots, binding holes, ventilation holes, and binding cables. Each of the toothed plates is matched with a burnout area in the middle of the iron core, such that two ends of the toothed plate are in contact with plate assemblies. The binding cables rotatably pass through the binding holes and are pulled tightly to bind the toothed plates and coil bars into an integral structure. The present disclosure solves the problem of influence on the power generation benefit during the flood season due to long re-lamination cycle after burnout of the middle of the stator iron core of the hydraulic turbine generator.

At the same time, the original phase-locked loop control structure is retained, which does not affect the design of the original phase-locked loop controller parameters and does not sacrifice the original dynamic performance of the phase-locked loop.
