  • Patent number: 12120474
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an activation method, an activation device, a control device, a network device and an optical network system. A new-system ONU is activated on a first OLT in an existing system, and then activation information of the new-system ONU is sent to a second OLT in a new system by the first OLT or by an activation agent ONU which has been activated on the second OLT, thereby enabling activation of the new-system ONU on the second OLT.

  • Publication number: 20240328356
Abstract: A ventilation structure of a core chamber of a turbofan engine having a large bypass ratio, said structure comprising: an outer bypass wall surface (1), a core chamber wall surface (4) and a core casing (7). An outer bypass flow channel (2) is formed between the outer bypass wall surface (1) and the core chamber wall surface (4). A core chamber (6) is formed between the core chamber wall surface (4) and the core casing (7). An air intake annular cavity (3) is provided in the core casing and is located at the upstream position. The air intake annular cavity (3) is used to put the outer bypass flow channel (2) and the core chamber (6) in communication. An exhaust grille (5) is further provided on the core chamber wall surface (4) and is located at a tail position.

  • Patent number: 12098096
Abstract: A low dielectric sealing glass powder for a miniature radio-frequency glass insulator is made of the following raw materials expressed in molar percentages: SiO2: 70.5-74.0%, B2O3: 20.5-23.5%, Ga2O3: 0.5-2.0%, P2O5: 0.25-2.0%, Li2O: 0.4-6.0%, K2O: 0.1-1.5%, LaB6: 0.05-1.0%, and NaCl: 0.03-0.3%. The raw material components are simple, and the preparation method is easy to implement. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the prepared glass powder are low, and the melting and molding temperature is low, which are convenient for large-scale industrial production. The melting and molding temperature of the low dielectric sealing glass powder ranges from 1320° C. to 1360° C., and the obtained glass has a dielectric constant ranging from 3.8 to 4.1 and a dielectric loss ranging from 4×10?4 to 10×10?4 at a frequency of 1 MHz, and a sealing temperature ranging from 900° C. to 950° C.

  • Patent number: 7206518
Abstract: A high speed optoelectronic subassembly in an optoelectronic package is disclosed that includes a dielectric support having a first electrical trace on a surface thereof and a dielectric member mounted on the surface of the support having a second electrical trace thereon. The support extends laterally a distance greater than the member to form a shelf. A dielectric step is positioned on the shelf abutting an end of the member and a laser is positioned on the shelf adjacent the step so as to be light accessible external to the subassembly. The laser and the step have surfaces equal in height and cooperate to provide a mounting platform. A resistive element is positioned on the mounting platform and electrically connected to the laser, the resistive element and laser being electrically externally accessible through the traces.

  • Publication number: 20030067947
Abstract: A laser transmitter with a laser diode and first and second feedback loops for maintaining a constant average laser power output and constant extinction level. A photo detector samples and detects transmitter laser light. The detector output is split, with one portion sent to a low-pass detector circuit for detecting the average laser power and using the detected signal to control a laser power current bias source. The other portion of the detector output is delivered to a high-pass detector circuit for detecting the amplitude of the modulation for outputting a signal to control a modulation laser current source that adds to the power current bias for a logic “1” state and does not add to the power bias for a logic “0” state.
