    Abstract: A base station and a radio resource dynamic allocation method thereof for a Narrowband Internet of Thing (NB IoT) system are provided. The base station determines that a plurality of user equipments (UEs) are involved in radio resource scheduling and allocation according to scheduling information, and determines a received signal quality of each UE according to a feedback message received from each UE. Afterwards, according to the received signal quality of each UE, the base station performs a downlink control information (DCI) subframe repetition number evaluation and adjustment procedure to determine whether a DCI subframe repetition number of the each UE in a narrowband physical downlink control channel needs to be adjusted and adjust the DCI subframe repetition number which needs to be adjusted. After the DCI subframe repetition number evaluation and adjustment procedure, the base station executes the radio resource scheduling and allocation.

The system includes a labeled seal that detachably attaches to a spike and is removed for attachment to syringe. The labeled seal has an identifier, such as a color-coding, a tactile, or textual indicia. These identifiers on the labeled seal matches identifiers on a vial label that attaches to a vial containing the medicinal composition. The matching identifiers on the labeled seal and the vial label enable association between the syringe and the vial, so as to utilize the appropriate medicinal composition with the syringe. The identifier on the labeled seal is also indicative of the medicinal composition in the vial. A second label locks between the syringe and spike. The second label also serves to match the syringe with the corresponding vial and medicinal composition.

A controller then calculates a trajectory of the preceding vehicle based on the driving speed and the yaw rate of the subject vehicle and the relative position of the preceding vehicle with respect to the subject vehicle. Additionally, the controller generates a driving path of the subject vehicle using of the calculated trajectory of the preceding vehicle and the lane marking information.
