    Abstract: A method of improving quality of experience (QoE) in a first device which shares a screen of the first device with a second device includes: detecting a class of a content currently displayed on the screen; determining a QoE policy based on the detected class of the content; encoding a screen image of the screen based on the determined QoE policy; and transmitting the encoded screen image to the second device. As such, when a screen is shared among a plurality of devices, optimal QoE may be achieved with respect to each class of a content.

The logic region has a high voltage region, an ultra high voltage region and a low voltage region, and the split gate structure includes a first gate insulation layer pattern, a floating gate, a tunnel insulation layer pattern and a control gate. A spacer layer is formed on the split gate structure and the substrate. The spacer layer is etched to form a spacer on a sidewall of the split gate structure and a second gate insulation layer pattern on the ultra high voltage region of the substrate. A gate electrode is formed on each of the high voltage region of the substrate, the second gate insulation layer pattern, and the low voltage region of the substrate.

Contact plates, each having an elastically variable height, may be provided between switch blocks and switch levers. A testing contact plate and a running contact plate may compensate for inferior dimensioning of the switch blocks and the switch levers. Such a configuration may allow a position of a breaker body to be quickly and accurately displayed and, further, may prevent damage of the position switch provided at the breaker body. Furthermore, such a configuration may prevent any connection inferiority between a terminal of the breaker body and a terminal of a cradle.
