    Abstract: A method for continuously collecting fluorescence data of a microfluidic chip is provided. In the method, an optical path system emits a light perpendicular to the microfluidic chip, such that a center of a light spot formed by the optical path system on the microfluidic chip is located on a circle formed by centers of all reaction cells. The microfluidic chip is rotated around a center of the circle formed by centers of all the reaction cells. Fluorescence signal values are collected by using the optical path system along a rotation direction of the microfluidic chip. The collected fluorescence signal values are processed to obtain effective fluorescence data of all the reaction cells.

The baffle pieces may include a first baffle piece and remaining second baffle pieces of a length specification different from that of the first baffle piece, and there is a gap between two adjacent baffle pieces. An output signal from the photo interrupter changes according to the aligning relationship between the photo interrupter and the baffle pieces. One of the photoelectric baffle structure and the photo interrupter may follow the motion of an operation part of the camera while the other one remains unmoved, so that a posture change of the operation part may be detected based on the output signal from the photo interrupter.

The open loop bi-directional converter is coupled to provide current from the secondary side of the transformer to the primary side of the transformer automatically when the voltage of the input capacitor is reduced below the voltage of the output capacitor.
