The warning unit outputs a warning signal if the control unit determines that the detected angle of inclination exceeds the reference angle. According to the present invention, noises attributed to dark-current and heat occurring in an image of taking an internal human body can be corrected and a quality of an internal human body image can be enhanced using an effective part of a no-light image only in removing dark-current noise and thermal noise.
