Abstract: Disclosed are a protein encoded by a gene having a nucleotide sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 65 or a fragment thereof, an antibody recognizing the protein or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and a polynucleotide having a sequence comprising at least 12 consecutive nucleotides of a nucleotide sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 65 or a nucleotide sequence complementary thereto. The gene and the protein of the invention is useful for diagnosing and treating cancer.

Abstract: The present invention provides a digital camera capable of optimizing a timing of switching a display screen to a print setting screen including an image on which print settings are to be made. In a process of protecting or formatting a captured image in a playback mode, a process of recording a captured image in an image capturing mode, and the like, a request of a file access (writing) to a memory card is generated. In response to the request or the like, a state where a file in the memory card is protected from other accesses is set, and writing of the file starts. After that, writing of the file is completed, and various accesses to the file in the memory card are permitted. That is, during a file access (writing), in response to depression of a print button, an operation of reading an image file in the memory card and switching to a print mode is inhibited.

Abstract: The digital camera can be set not only in an image capturing mode and a playback mode but also in a print mode. The digital camera can be shifted to the print mode by depression of a print button. A print setting screen is displayed on an LCD and settings of a print order for a captured image being displayed can be made. In the print mode, an electronic flash mode button and a liquid crystal monitor button are made function as a hold button and an erase button by being assigned with functions different from those in the other modes. As a result, the operability in setting of a print order can be improved.
