The steel plate has a strength of 930 MPa or more and excellent toughness even with much smaller amounts of alloying elements than that of conventional steel plates, and a method for manufacturing the same. The steel includes by weight %: 0.03˜0.10% C; 0˜0.6% Si; 1.6-2.1% Mn; 0˜1.0% Cu; 0-1.0% Ni; 0.02-0.06% Nb; 0-0.1% V; 0.1-0.5% Mo; 0-1.0% Cr; 0.005-0.03% Ti; 0.01-0.06% Al; 0.0005-0.0025% B; 0.001-0.006% N; 0-0.006% Ca; 0.02% or less P; 0.005% or less S; and the balance Fe and unavoidable impurities. The microstructure includes at least about 75 area percent of a mixture of bainitic ferrite and acicular ferrite.

Abstract: The present invention relates to method and apparatus of providing supplementary service information for A/V contents written in a recording medium. This method has a recording medium containing Presentation Language data, which have to be included like as in a digital television signal for supplementary service information in accordance with Advanced TV Enhancement Forum or Digital TV Application Software Environment standard, and reproduces, if a disk reproduction is requested, the Presentation Language data as well as requested A/V data and provides them for a connected external device such as a digital television. As a result, various video information and functions provided with Presentation Language data by a recording medium can be realized at a digital television set being able to accept Presentation Language data.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a liquefied gas storage tank and a marine structure including the same. The storage tank includes a plurality of liquefied gas storage tanks received in a plurality of spaces defined in a hull of the marine structure by a cofferdam and arranged in two rows. The cofferdam includes at least one longitudinal cofferdam extending in a longitudinal direction of the hull and at least one transverse cofferdam extending in a transverse direction of the hull. Each of the storage tanks is sealed and thermally insulated by a sealing wall and a thermal insulation wall extending without being disconnected. The longitudinal cofferdam supports load of an upper structure while suppressing a sloshing phenomenon.

The style segment and the at least one presentation segment are encapsulated into respective PES packets. The presentation segment contains a continuous presentation flag indicating whether continuous presentation is required for the presentation segment with a previous presentation segment. Abstract: A method and apparatus for automatically creating a play list of a received digital broadcast stream to be recorded on a recording medium. Specific positions of the received broadcast stream in which the packet identification code contained in the received stream changes are detected and recorded as entry points of programs. A play list can be automatically created based upon the detected entry points, thereby enabling a user to easily locating start positions of recorded programs.

Abstract: The present invention relates to method and apparatus of recording a multi-channel data stream on a recording medium in such a manner that substreams of digital channels constituting the multi-channel data stream can be distinguished each other in reproduction. This method writes program or stream specific information in a management data recording area of a high-density disk, and when the recorded data stream is reproduced, determines whether it is time to send the stream specific information, obtains stream specific information corresponding to a stream object being reproduced, or to be reproduced based on the determination result, and transmits the obtained stream specific information.
