    Abstract: An analysis system implements a particulate classification model trained as a convolutional neural network to assess sterile formulation quality. The system obtains micro flow imaging (MFI) data for a sterile formulation drug product, wherein the MFI data includes an image depicting a plurality of sub-visible particulates in the sterile formulation drug product. The system detects a plurality of features in the image, wherein each feature is bounded by a bounding box. The system performs preprocessing to determine and remove one or more of features to be artifacts based on characteristics of the features, wherein the remaining features are determined to be sub-visible particulates. The system applies a particulate classification model to each sub-visible particulate to determine a particulate classification label. The system determines a quality metric for the sterile formulation drug product based on a count of sub-visible particulates in each particulate classification label.

    Abstract: A resistance spot welding method of galvanized high-strength steel with good joint performance, in which three welding pulses are used within one spot welding schedule. The method includes applying a first welding pulse and a second welding pulse which are used for generating a nugget and suppressing the generation of liquid metal embrittlement (LME) cracks, respectively. The first welding pulse generates a nugget having a diameter of 3.75T1/2-4.25T1/2 in which T represents a plate thickness. The second welding pulse causes the nugget to grow at a rate less than a rate of growth during the first welding pulse. A third welding pulse, which is a tempering pulse, is applied for improving plasticity of a welding spot.

    Abstract: The invention provides methods for producing crystalline an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody (mAb), wherein the mAb is pembrolizumab or a pembrolizumab variant, comprising (1) mixing a solution comprising (a) the mAb, (b) polyethylene glycol (PEG), and (c) an additive selected from the group consisting of: caffeine, theophylline, 2? deoxyguanosine-5?-monophosphate, a bioactive gibberellin, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said bioactive gibberellin, to form a crystallization solution, (2) incubating the crystallization solution for a period of time sufficient for crystal formation; and (3) optionally harvesting the crystalline anti-PD-1 mAb from the solution.
