    Abstract: A method, spectral detection system and computer readable medium for acquiring spectral data for a sample; detecting presence of compounds in a time window; performing a spectral library search using the spectral data from the time window; evaluating the hit list of compounds in each time window and selecting a subset of highly probable compounds; performing a regression analysis between the retention index and the measured retention time for the compounds in the subset; identifying and removing outliers from the subset with large retention index errors; repeating the regression analysis with the outliers removed; calculating the retention index values for all compounds from the entire sample run; comparing the calculated retention index value to that of a possible compound to be identified, and using a retention index match score as an additional metric or filter to additionally assess the likelihood of a possible hit.

The methods comprise receiving a first path probe packet; establishing a first association according to link information in the first path probe packet and a path label of a network path to be probed; determining a third association based on an IP address in the first path probe packet and the path label of the network path to be probed. The IP address includes an IP address of an adjacent network node of the first network node, and a third association includes an association of the path label with the IP address of the adjacent node. The path probe method may reduce system overhead. In the transmission process, the number of network nodes may also be set according to needs. An IP overlay network based on label switching is realized.

The gene combination includes a tdiAS gene, a tdiBS gene, a tdiCS gene, a tdiDS gene, a tdiES gene, an sfpS gene, an ScCKS gene, and an AtIPKS gene with nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOS:1 to 8. In the present disclosure, a recombinant engineered strain capable of producing terrequinone A having anti-cancer activity is obtained by separately constructing recombinant plasmids pC02 and pU03 through the eight genes and transforming the two recombinant plasmids into E. coli. The content of terrequinone A in a fermentation broth thereof is 106.3 mg/L, which has potential application value in the biopharmaceutical field.

The barrel body comprises an inner barrel arranged in the holder body, and the holder body comprises a ventilation hole. When the toilet brush is placed in the inner barrel, the barrel body moves down relative to the holder body, propelling the barrel covers closed at the holder body, and allowing the inner barrel to communicate with exterior of the holder body through the ventilation hole. The ventilation hole allows residual water left on the toilet brush to be quickly drained and prevents the breeding of bacteria and generation of foul smell.
