    Abstract: Disclosed are a neural network model update method and device, and a computer storage medium. The method includes: randomly generating a preset number of sub-neural network models as nodes in a blockchain; using a ring signature to share a local data set in the blockchain, and uniformly dividing a data set in the blockchain to generate a training set and a test set; training each node through the training set to generate a trained model, packaging the trained model as a model transaction and sharing the model transaction in the blockchain; using the test set selected by voting to test the model transaction and generating a test result; when the test result is greater than a benchmark evaluation, taking the sub-neural network model corresponding to the test result as a valid vote; and voting a previous block corresponding to the valid vote, selecting a consistent block, and updating all nodes.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a gene combination for expressing and producing terrequinone A in Escherichia coli and use thereof. The gene combination includes a tdiAS gene, a tdiBS gene, a tdiCS gene, a tdiDS gene, a tdiES gene, an sfpS gene, an ScCKS gene, and an AtIPKS gene with nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOS:1 to 8. In the present disclosure, a recombinant engineered strain capable of producing terrequinone A having anti-cancer activity is obtained by separately constructing recombinant plasmids pC02 and pU03 through the eight genes and transforming the two recombinant plasmids into E. coli. The content of terrequinone A in a fermentation broth thereof is 106.3 mg/L, which has potential application value in the biopharmaceutical field.

    Abstract: A method of generating a classifier by using a small number of labeled images includes: pre-training a wide residual network by using a set of labeled data with a data amount meeting requirements, and determining portions of the pre-trained wide residual network except for a fully connected layer as a feature extractor for an image; randomly selecting, for a N-class classifier to be generated, N classes from a training set for each of a plurality of times; and for N classes selected each time: randomly selecting one or more images from each class of the N classes as training samples; extracting a feature vector from training samples of each class by using the feature extractor; inputting a total of N feature vectors extracted into a classifier generator; and sequentially performing a class information fusion and a parameter prediction for the N-class classifier by using the classifier generator.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a leaping search algorithm for similar sub-sequences in character sequences and an application thereof in searching in a biological sequence database. The algorithm comprises: S0, constructing an FMD index and a lookup table for a database; S1, fetching, from the lookup table, a bi-interval of a sub-sequence with k characters in query sequences; S2, sequentially finding matching areas on the left of the k seed by using a backward search algorithm; S3, applying a forward search algorithm to an interval that has not been shrinked in step S2, to find matching areas on the right of the k seed; S4, checking whether the current detecting position is the end of the query sequence or not, and if yes, the algorithm ends, otherwise, proceeding to step S5; and S5, leaping forward w-k+1 positions from the current detecting position, and repeating steps S2 to S5. The lookup table proposed in the present invention features small memory space and a high access efficiency.
