    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cutter structure for cutting polylactic acid fiber filter rods and relates to the technical field of cigarette preparation. The cutter structure includes a cutter shaft and cutters, wherein the cutters include a middle cutter and side cutters, the middle cutter is round, and cutting edges of the side cutters are flush with an edge of the middle cutter; hardness of the middle cutter is higher than that of the side cutters, so that the tow middle cutter can be conveniently used for cutting lized tows that have been crystallized in the polylactic acid fiber filter rods; and the side cutters are detachably arranged on side faces of the middle cutter and used for preventing glyceryl triacetate from adhering to the side faces of the middle cutter.

    Abstract: Provided is a preparation method for a polylactic acid fiber filter rod with better temperature resistance, which relates to the technical field of cigarette preparation. The method includes the following steps: separately selecting an up-to-standard polylactic acid raw material having the highest content and having the lowest content of the levo-isomer to prepare a core component and a sheath component; forming sheath-core polylactic acid fiber tows; and carrying out forming on a plurality of sheath-core polylactic acid fiber tows to prepare a polylactic acid filter rod. By means of controlling the proportions and preparation of polylactic acid raw materials, so as to improve the uniformity of an inner-layer structure thereof, and the filter performance of the polylactic acid tows is improved.

    Abstract: A method for improving the glossiness and ink color fastness of a printed color film is disclosed. The printed color film is a composite biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film. The method includes: (1) pre-treating the outer and inner surfaces of the composite BOPP film; (2) coating the outer and inner surfaces of the composite BOPP film with a surface-modifying coating agent and drying at a high temperature; and (3) printing the outer surface of the composite BOPP film with a water-based colored ink, and drying to obtain the printed color film. An application of the printed color film obtained by the method for tobacco packaging film to improve the glossiness and the ink color fastness of the printed color film is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A method for evaluating the possibility of a cigarette burning cone to fall off is disclosed. The method uses a manipulator simulation device to simulate the smoking of a cigarette, and measures the maximum deviation of the cigarette burning cone, and then uses angle summing and averaging to add the maximum deviations of the cigarette burning cones measured for multiple cigarettes and obtain an average value, and then evaluates the possibility of the cigarette burning cone to fall by the average value of the maximum deviations of the cigarette burning cone. The method is new, and compared with an existing method using state information of the cigarette burning cone “falling” and “not falling,” the method can more accurately, directly and timely reflect the state of the cigarette burning cone.
