    Abstract: Provided an end cover assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and an electric apparatus. The end cover assembly in the embodiments of the present application includes: an end cover provided with a first through hole; and an electrode leading-out member including a connecting plate and a post terminal protruding from a surface of the connecting plate, at least part of the post terminal being disposed in the first through hole, and the connecting plate being located on one side of the end cover, where the connecting plate is connected to a tab of an electrode assembly. In the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the electrode leading-out member is provided, which increases contact area between a post and a tab, expands overcurrent area between the post terminal and the connecting plate, reduces internal resistance, lowers temperature rise, and improves the safety performance of a battery cell.

The end cover assembly includes: an end cover, an exhaust mechanism being provided on the end cover; and an insulating component provided on the side of the end cover close to the interior of the battery cell. An exhaust channel is provided between the insulating component and the end cover to communicate the exhaust mechanism with the interior of the battery cell. The end cover assembly can improve the exhaust efficiency of the battery cell, thereby improving the reliability of the battery cell.

According to the technical solution provided in the present invention, the problems of delayed communication and large consumption caused by an unchanging message type and message sending frequency can be avoided, and in an emergency state, the message type and the message sending frequency can be changed, such that an important message can be sent in a timely manner.
