Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a button cell, and a method for welding electrode tabs to a pole shell of the button cell. The button cell includes the pole shell and an electric core. The pole shell consists of an anode shell and a cathode shell. The button cell further comprises at least one metal sheet. A cathode tab and/or an anode tab of the electric core is/are welded to the metal sheet, and the metal sheet is then welded to the cathode shell and/or the anode shell. The button cell manufactured by the invention has a complete surface, and can avoid phenomena such as electrolyte leakage and surface bulging caused by the rupture of the polar shell.

The anode tab includes a first connection portion, and a first folding portion that is folded from the first connection portion to the lower side of the first connection portion. The first folding portion is welded to a bottom wall from the interior of the anode shell. The cathode tab includes a second connection portion, and a second folding portion that is folded from the second connection portion to the upper side of the second connection portion. The second folding portion is welded to a top wall from the interior of the cathode shell.

Abstract: A secondary electrochemical battery sealing body, including a negative electrode cap, a circuit board module and an insulating washer. The circuit board module is connected to the negative electrode cap via a connecting member. A charge indicator is disposed on the circuit board module at the position corresponding to an edge of the negative electrode cap. A notch is formed on the edge of the negative electrode cap as a light transmission port of the charge indicator. The notch has a height which does not exceed the height of the negative electrode cap. The insulating washer is a flexible and elastic annular insulating gasket, and is disposed in a gap between a battery housing, the circuit board module and the negative electrode cap. The insulating washer completely covers the light transmission port of the charge indicator to seal the negative electrode cap, the battery housing and the circuit board module.

A thermal control arrangement includes a liquid supplying tube spirally extending at the thermal functional layer of the mattress envelope for guiding a flow of thermal liquid and a thermal energy generator arranged to regulate a temperature of the thermal liquid such that when the thermal liquid passes through the liquid supplying tube, the thermal liquid thermo-communicating with the thermal functional layer of the mattress envelope towards the outer layer so as to regulate a temperature of the mattress envelope.
