  • Publication number: 20240118143
Abstract: The present invention relates to a multichannel thermocouple measurement device, which may comprise: a thermocouple-thermistor pair; a terminal to which an analog signal of the thermocouple-thermistor pair is input; and a detection unit which converts the analog signal of the thermocouple-thermistor pair, input via the terminal, into a digital signal.

  • Patent number: 10101217
Abstract: Methods for temperature drift compensation of a temperature measurement device using a thermocouple are presented. In one embodiment, the temperature drift may be compensated for through reference junction compensation alone using a thermistor for reference junction compensation without providing a separate temperature measurement element. Thereby, precision of a measured temperature may not change despite change in temperature of the surroundings measured by the temperature measurement device, and the manufacturing cost may be effectively reduced.

  • Patent number: 9946274
Abstract: A temperature control apparatus is provided. The temperature control apparatus includes an analog to digital (AD) converter digital-converting a measurement value transmitted from a plurality of temperature sensors; a control means comparing the measurement value transmitted from the AD converter with a preset desired value to perform PID calculation; and an output unit transmitting, to outside, a pulse width modulation (PWM) control signal transmitted form the control means, wherein an input-side isolator for isolation for each temperature sensor is provided between the AD converter and the temperature sensor, the input-side isolator is connected to each of the temperature sensors, and the control means sequentially operates the input-side isolators.

  • Patent number: 8217823
Abstract: A method for converting analog data into digital data for analog input module is disclosed, wherein the analog input module adds at least one or more digital data determined at previous conversion periods (k?1th, . . . k?dth, said k and d being a natural number) to n numbers of digital data converted to the current conversion period (kth), and determines a value corresponding to a mean level in size among the digital data as a final digital conversion value of the current conversion period (kth), and outputs the value, and as a result, even if the n numbers of digital data converted to the current conversion period (kth) are greatly deviated from an original value by noise, a stable result having a minimum influence by the noise can be provided in industrial sites where many noises are introduced, by allowing a digital data value approximate to the original value to be outputted.
