    Abstract: A memory system having a dynamic supply voltage to sense amplifiers. The supply voltage has a higher magnitude when charging inhibited bit lines during a program operation and a lower magnitude when verifying/sensing memory cells. Reducing the magnitude of the supply voltage saves power and/or current. However, if the lower magnitude were used when the inhibited bit lines are charged during the program operations, some of the memory cells that should be inhibited from programming might experience at least some programming. Using the higher magnitude supply voltage during bit line charging of the program operation assures that the inhibited bit lines are charged to a sufficient voltage to keep drain side select gates of NAND strings off so that the NAND channel will boost properly to inhibit programming of such memory cells.

The method includes: providing a transparent base, wherein at least one framework region for fixing LED chips is arranged on the transparent base, at least one milling groove parallel to the framework region is arranged at each of two sides of each framework region; arranging one or more LED chips on the at least one framework region; covering an upper surface and a lower surface of the transparent base where the LED chips are arranged with a packaging adhesive mixed with fluorescent powder, and filling up the milling groove with the packaging adhesive; and cutting the transparent base along the milling groove, to obtain an LED light bar surrounded by the adhesive.

    Abstract: An LED lens and an LED light source having the LED lens are provided. The LED lens has a central curved surface and a bottom surface both located at an incident plane, a side surface, first and second upper curved surfaces all located at an emergent plane, and scattering microstructures located on the first and second upper curved surfaces. The positions of the scattering microstructures correspond to bright rings in LED light intensity distribution, scatter light that emerges out of the first and second upper curved surfaces and forms the bright rings. Therefore, the light at the bright rings is slightly scattered, light intensity at the bright rings is reduced, light intensity at dark rings of the LED light source is improved, and uniformity of light intensity distribution of the LED light source can be improved.
