Abstract: A thickness-adjustable air mattress structure includes an airbag body and an elastic sponge. The airbag body is provided with an air chamber. The elastic sponge is in the shape of a square or long strip and provided in the air chamber. An upper surface of the elastic sponge is fixedly connected to an upper surface layer, and a lower surface of the elastic sponge is fixedly connected to a lower surface layer. The elastic sponge is provided with a plurality of first through-seams and a plurality of second through-seams. The first through-seams and the second through-seams each are provided with a U-shaped, C-shaped, or V-shaped cross-section. When the airbag body is inflated and the elastic sponge is vertically expanded, the first through-seams and the second through-seams are expanded. As the elastic sponge can be vertically expanded, it can have a small thickness to fill the air chamber.

The flexible bag body is enclosed to form a cavity, and the flexible bag body is sequentially provided with an inner layer fabric, a filling layer and an outer layer fabric from inside to outside. The flexible bag body is provided with a plurality of crease portions, one of the plurality of crease portions includes a plurality of grooves formed in the flexible bag body along a predetermined track line. The filling layer is provided with an opening, and the inner layer fabric and the outer layer fabric are connected at the opening, so that a surface of the inner layer fabric and a surface of the outer layer fabric are sunken to form one of the plurality of grooves; and the flexible bag body is provided a folded state and an unfolded state.

Compared to an air mattress that requires punching the entire sponge, the air mattress only requires cutting the sponge without punching holes, such that corresponding gaps (i.e., corresponding conventional holes) are formed when the sponge is expanded by an external force. After the sponge is combined with an air mattress body, a corresponding pattern is formed. The sponge avoids waste materials formed by punching holes, and is environmentally friendly.

The inflatable structure comprises a first layer and a second layer; a composite material comprises a plurality of filling materials which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom; a reflective layer is arranged between a pair of adjacent filling materials; an upper end of the composite material is connected to the first layer, and a lower end of the composite material is connected to the second layer. The composite material is arranged between the first layer and the second layer of the inflatable structure, and said composite material is respectively stretched by the first layer and the second layer; the stretched filling materials are attached to upper and lower surfaces of the reflective layer like two spring structures; when external vibrations are transmitted to the reflective layer, said vibrations are dampened.

Abstract: A rib, a manufacturing process thereof and an inflatable product are provided, wherein the manufacturing process of the rib includes the following steps: forming an annular region and an enclosed region by weaving according to a preset size, performing a local gluing on both sides of the surface of the annular region respectively; cutting at the enclosed region so as to form a closed-loop rib, wherein the annular region is formed by using a direction of weaving, the enclosed region is formed on both sides of the annular region through the weaving points, and gluing layers are formed by means of performing a local gluing in the annular region, finally, it is only required to cutting the enclosed region to form the closed-loop rib, such that a direct forming of the weaving to the rib is realized, and the local gluing can also be performed on surfaces of the rib.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pulling rib and a pulling rib manufacturing process thereof and an inflatable product, relating to the technical field of inflatable products. The pulling rib manufacturing process includes the following steps: weaving a dense weaving region and a patterned weaving region in sequence according to preset sizes, wherein a weaving density of the patterned weaving region is lower than that of the dense weaving region; applying glue locally along a surface of the dense weaving region; and after applying the glue, cutting the dense weaving region according to requirements to form pulling ribs, wherein the patterned weaving region between any two adjacent sections of the dense weaving regions is the height of the pulling ribs.
