    Abstract: A graphics processing unit (GPU)-based numerical simulation system and method for a helicopter flow field (FF). The GPU-based system includes a central processing unit (CPU) and a GPU. The CPU is configured to initialize a moving overset grid according to a preset configuration file and the mesh files of a to-be-simulated helicopter; determine face batch information according to mesh blocks in the moving overset grid; determine an overset interpolation relationship between the mesh blocks and an interpolation mapping index according to the mesh files at a current simulation moment; and perform FF information exchanging between the mesh blocks according to the overset interpolation relationship, the interpolation mapping index, and FF information of the mesh blocks, to obtain to-be-simulated helicopter FF information. The GPU computes the FF information of the mesh blocks in the motion nested mesh according to surface batch information by using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method.

The pressure measurement surface of each pressure sensor is vertical to the surface of the two-dimensional airfoil model. Multiple mounting holes are opened in and vertical to the surface of the two-dimensional airfoil model. The cavity is fixed to the interior of the two-dimensional airfoil model. The reference pressure end of each pressure sensor is connected to the cavity through the first tube, the multiple pressure sensors of the pressure sensor groups are in one-to-one correspondence with the multiple first tubes. The cavity is connected with the first end of the second tube. The second end of the second tube is located in the air outside the two-dimensional airfoil model.

    Abstract: A FRP plate and manufacturing method thereof are provided in the invention. The FRP plate comprises: a lower layer of polyester carrier film; a mixed layer located on the lower layer of polyester carrier film, which is formed by curing a melted polyester resin in which a glass fiber reinforced material is embedded; and an upper layer of polyester carrier film positioned on the mixed layer. Furthermore, a release fabric is disposed between the mixed layer and the upper layer of polyester carrier film. When the FRP plate of the invention is used, the upper layer of polyester carrier film and the release fabric are torn off so that the surface of the mixed layer is rough, therefore, the adhesion between the FRP plate and other building materials will be greatly improved, and thus the application prospect of the FRP plate is broader.
