    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for configuring an image forming apparatus network. The method includes receiving wireless connection information transmitted by an information processing apparatus, where the received wireless connection information includes a service set identifier (SSID) of a wireless access point (AP); searching neighboring wireless APs; and obtaining and storing SSIDs, encryption manners, and protected management frame (PMF) attributes of the searched wireless APs; comparing the received SSID with the stored SSIDs; and if there is consistency, obtaining an encryption manner and a PMF attribute of the received SSID, and generating a configuration file; and connecting a wireless network according to the configuration file.
