    Abstract: Embodiments of a Next Generation Node-B (gNB) and User Equipment (UE) are generally described herein. The gNB may transmit control signaling to configure transmission of position reference signals (PRSs) by a plurality of transmit-receive points (TRPs). The gNB may receive, from the UE, for each of the TRPs, a set of signal location parameters (SLPs). The gNB may perform an iterative process to estimate a position of the UE. For a current iteration, the gNB may: determine a current estimate of the position of the UE based on a current plurality of sets of SLPs; and determine a cost function for each of the current plurality of sets of SLPs. The gNB may determine, based on the cost functions, a next plurality of sets of SLPs for a next estimate of the position of the UE.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method and device for target sequence identification, wherein an optical binary sequence and an all-zero sequence are subjected to an XNOR operation and a first candidate sequence set is generated by splitting the result sequence; a second candidate sequence set is generated by splitting the optical binary sequence; multiple binary sequences are selected from the first candidate sequence set and the second candidate sequence set according to the target sequence to generate a to-be-delayed sequence set; various delay duration are configured for each binary sequence of the to-be-delayed sequence set; a to-be-matched sequence set is generated after delaying; an AND operation is performed on the sequences of the to-be-matched sequence set to generate a final sequence; and the number and position of the target sequence in the binary sequence can be determined according to the number and position of a pulse in the final sequence.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a one-side rotating arc lock which comprises an adjusting assembly arranged on a first shell and a strainer arranged on a second shell. The adjusting assembly comprises an arc adjuster rotatably connected with the first shell. The arc adjuster is provided with multiple protrusions in the circumferential direction, used for adjusting the angle between the first and the second shell. Groove is provided on the protrusion. The strainer comprises an adjusting rod which matches the groove for locking the first and the second shell. The angle between the first and the second shell is adjusted through the arc adjuster rotatably connected with the first shell, and locking of the first and the second shell is achieved through the strainer. The one-side rotating arc lock of the preset invention not only has a simple structure and easy to operate, but also facilitates adjustment of the angle.

    Abstract: Control data for a motion-constrained tile set (“MCTS”) indicates that inter-picture prediction processes within a specified set of tiles are constrained to reference only regions within the same set of tiles in previous pictures in decoding (or encoding) order. For example, a video encoder encodes multiple pictures partitioned into tiles to produce encoded data. The encoder outputs the encoded data along with control data (e.g., in a supplemental enhancement information message) that indicates that inter-picture prediction dependencies across tile set boundaries are constrained for a given tile set of one or more of the tiles. A video decoder or other tool receives the encoded data and MCTS control data, and processes the encoded data. Signaling and use of MCTS control data can facilitate region-of-interest decoding and display, transcoding to limit encoded data to a selected set of tiles, loss robustness, parallelism in encoding and/or decoding, and other video processing.
