Abstract: An all-plastic single-material press pump includes a press head, a pump housing, a lock bottle cap, a locking cap, a pump rod, a spring, a one-way valve, a piston, and a dip tube made of a same plastic material. The pump housing is provided with upper and lower pump chambers, with the locking cap disposed therebetween. An upper end of the pump rod is fixedly inserted into the press head. The pump rod passes through the locking cap and extends into the lower pump chamber. The spring is disposed in the upper pump chamber. The pump rod is provided with a suction channel, a lower end of the pump rod is provided with a liquid inlet connecting the suction channel and the lower pump chamber. The piston is located in the lower pump chamber and arranged around the pump rod.

The lower end of the piston guide is provided with a slidable sealing part that is inserted into the housing and slidably and sealing connected to the inner wall of the housing. The container cap has a central hole for the piston guide to pass through. A conical frustum sealing part is provided on the piston guide above the slidable sealing part, and the conical frustum sealing part forms a sealed connection with the side wall of the central hole when it bounces up. An air replenishment channel is disposed between the housing and the container cap. A liquid outlet channel and a switch structure are disposed between the actuator and the piston guide, and the switch structure opens the liquid outlet channel when the actuator is pressed down and blocks the liquid outlet channel when the actuator bounces up.

The timing controller includes a viewing angle compensation module, an overdriving module, a lookup module, and a compensation module. A corresponding grayscale compensation table is looked up according to a comparison result of a previous frame image data and a current frame image data, a grayscale compensation is performed on the current frame image data after overdriving processing to generate a data signal after grayscale compensation, which can decrease occurrences of bright and dark lines when time-domain viewing angle compensation is switched between frames.
