    Abstract: A communication circuit includes first and second communication nodes including first and second control chips, respectively, and first and second communication chips connected to the first and second control chips, respectively. The first and second communication chips are connected to each other through first and second signal lines, and are configured to transmit a differential signal. The first communication chip includes an output port to output a level signal obtained from the differential signal to the first control chip. The communication circuit further includes a voltage division assembly connected to the first and second signal lines, and configured to cause a voltage value of the first signal line to be higher than that of the second signal line when the first and second signal lines are in idle state. The first control chip includes a detection port connected to the output port to acquire the level signal.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a wire rod for an ultrahigh-strength steel cord and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method includes: smelting molten steel where inclusions in sizes ?5 ?m are at a number density ?0.5/mm2 and sizes of inclusions are ?30 ?m; casting the molten steel into an ingot blank with a center carbon segregation value of 0.92-1.08; cogging the ingot blank into an intermediate blank with a center carbon segregation value of 0.95-1.05; rolling the intermediate blank into a wire rod; and performing temperature control cooling on the wire rod to obtain a wire rod with high purity, high homogeneity and tensile strength ?1,150 MPa. The wire rod may be used for an ultrahigh-strength steel cord with single tensile strength ?3,600 MPa.

In one embodiment, the same erbium doped fiber type and length is used for both power amplifiers and high gain amplifiers, reducing manufacturing costs.
