    Abstract: A tipping hopper includes a hopper body, hopper rotating supports and a tipping mechanism. The tipping mechanism comprises a connecting rod and a crank. One end of the connecting rod is hinged on the hopper body, and the other end is hinged with one end of the crank; and the other end of the crank is hinged on a crank rotating support through a crank rotating shaft. By optimizing a crank starting point and a crank end point, ensure hopper's position of receiving and discharging material is arranged at or near a dead point of the tipping mechanism so that the working condition of an impact force borne by a speed reducer device is optimized when the tipping hopper is charged and discharged.
