Abstract: A connection method includes: discovering a connectable target Bluetooth device; detecting a Bluetooth connection request between the terminal and the target Bluetooth device; in response to the Bluetooth connection request, determining, based on a Bluetooth connection manner supported by the terminal, a target Bluetooth connection manner for establishing a Bluetooth connection to the target Bluetooth device; and establishing a Bluetooth connection to the target Bluetooth device in the target Bluetooth connection manner.

Abstract: This application provides a Bluetooth random address generation method and a related electronic device. The method includes: the Bluetooth Host generates an identity resolving key (IRK); the Bluetooth Host sends the IRK to the Bluetooth module when the electronic device meets a first condition, where the first condition is a condition for triggering the electronic device to reduce power consumption; the Bluetooth module generates a resolvable private address (RPA) based on the IRK, and periodically updates the RPA based on the IRK; the Bluetooth Host sends an RPA request to the Bluetooth module when the Bluetooth Host needs to execute a Bluetooth service; the Bluetooth module sends a latest updated RPA to the Bluetooth Host; and the Bluetooth Host executes the Bluetooth service based on the latest updated RPA. Therefore reducing the power consumption of the AP chip, and extending the standby time of electronic device.

After scanning a device combination including at least two Bluetooth slave devices, the Bluetooth master device, if required to establish a service connection with each of Bluetooth slave devices in the device combination, needs to do as follows: in a pairing phase, the Bluetooth master device automatically pairs with another Bluetooth slave device in the device combination after completing pairing with one Bluetooth slave device in the device combination; in a service connection establishment phase, similarly, the Bluetooth master device automatically establishes a service connection with another Bluetooth slave device in the device combination after establishing a service connection with one Bluetooth slave device in the device combination. This is a simple process, and a speed of service connection establishment is high.

Abstract: This application provides a sound pickup method for a terminal device through a Bluetooth peripheral and a terminal device. The terminal device may pick up sound data through a microphone of the Bluetooth peripheral, and may perform targeted sound effect processing on the sound data picked up by the Bluetooth peripheral by using a preset sound effect DRC parameter corresponding to the Bluetooth peripheral. By using the solution in this application, the terminal device may not only pick up sound through the Bluetooth peripheral, but also perform sound effect processing for different Bluetooth peripherals by using different preset sound effect DRC parameters respectively, to improve the sound effect of the sound picked up through the Bluetooth peripheral, so that a better recording effect can be achieved even if the terminal device is relatively far away from a photographed person or environmental noise surrounding the terminal device is relatively large.
