  • Publication number: 20100303544
Abstract: This method increases the number of lanes immediately preceding and immediately following a given intersection. When the traffic signal is red, vehicles must come to a stop. When the traffic signal turns green, vehicles traverse the intersection and enter the stretch of road immediately following the intersection (3). Of these, vehicles in the priority lanes (6) move on while those in the non-priority lanes must slow and/or stop. When the traffic light turns red and all vehicles from the priority lanes have safely left the area, vehicles in the non-priority lanes can safely merge back into the priority lanes and move on. This method results in a tremendous increase in the traffic flow rate in intersections.

  • Patent number: 7499026
Abstract: A system for transmitting graphic information from a writing area to a display device. The method can include the operation of transmitting a signal from a writing device. The signal can be received by a plurality of transceivers, each of the transceivers being placed a sufficient distance from the remaining plurality of transceivers that there is a calculable time difference of the wireless signal received between the plurality of transceivers to enable a determination of the writing device's location and movement. A further operation is displaying the writing device's location and movement on a display device such that the electronic medium shows substantially similar graphic information as compared to the writing area.

  • Patent number: 7383025
Abstract: Methodology for processing of RF signals for receiving and transmission, which varies the frequencies of local oscillators, in order to enable the receivers and transmitters to operate with higher performance in wider or multi-bands. bands. Their integrations into ICs are also made easier.
